The following changes is will be live with Patch 12 deployed at 9:00PM PDT (GMT - 07:00) April 2nd 2015:

  • Bug where a player being casted upon would become a criminal has been resolved.
  • You are not flagged as in combat with another player or creature until struck upon. (This fixes the problem where a monster would see you and you would be 'preoccupied with the thoughts of battle' when you haven't been struck yet).
  • All custom weapons have been thoroughly reviewed. Modifications were made to ensure that a vast majority of custom weapons are better than their vanq counterparts. (i.e. a Bushido Blade is stronger than a Vanq Katana).
  • Running while swinging now operates properly as per Sphere 51a. (Prior to this, swinging while running was not very effective as it would more than likely miss due to a delayed hit).
  • Wall of Stone now works properly to box someone in. (It no longer checks to see if the Caster is in line of sight with the wall tile that is being created).
  • All treasure maps are now possible to be decoded. GM Cartography can now properly decode any map.
  • You can no longer gain in Cartography from failing to decode a map if you don't even have any chance to decode it because of too low of a skill.

  • Power Hour Updates:
    • Power hour no longer begins automatically if you remain logged in.
    • Power hour can only be initiated when you login and your power hour is available.
    • When you check your power hour status it will tell you if your power hour is available, and if so it will inform you to log out and log back in.
    • You can no longer gain to 100.1 in a skill during power hour.
